Process for Your Customization

1. Order Submission

  • Submit the form
  • Place the order
2. Order Review
  • 5-10 business days to review the order
3. Order Confirmation
  • Customized artwork would be sent to you by email for your confirmation
  • You can modify your design only 1 time.
  • Any orders cancelled after a mock-up of your glove design, a $100 design fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. Production
  • It takes 12-15 weeks to produce your glove
5. Ship the order to you
  • Be happy to receive your customized RIVAL
