Refund policy

Please be advised that it is the customers' responsibility to double check their order before finalizing it (color, size, quantity).

If alterations need to be made to the order after it is processed and shipped, it is the Client's responsibility to pay for the shipping back to Rival, however we will cover the shipping cost to ship you back your item.

In the case of an exchange or reimbursement, shipping fees are not refundable.

An example where we WILL be providing a pre-paid return label specifically : Shipping error (product, size or color) or Manufacturer defect .

Online Purchases

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your regular priced merchandise purchased online, please return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in its original condition.


In-Store Purchases

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your regular priced merchandise purchased in-store, you can obtain an exchange or a store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.


Non-returnable items

  • Gift Cards;
  • Some Health and Personal Care Items;
  • Heavy Bags;
  • DVD's;
  • Books;
  • Mouthguards;
  • Custom Apparel;
  • Awards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Be advised that if you are returning an uncompromised product, we will deduct the flat rate shipping fees from your refund.

The clothing must not be washed, and have the tags and packaging.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. They can however be exchanged (certain conditions may apply).


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@rivalboxing.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Manufacturer's Warranty

Rival Boxing Gear Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Should a problem arise with a product, we ask that you return it immediately so that we may conduct an analysis to determine if the problem stems from a manufacturing defect or improper use.

Rival Boxing Gear Inc.’s sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned within this 30-day period, unless specific product literature specifies otherwise.

Products will be repaired or replaced with the proof of original purchase only. This policy does not include DVD's, books, mouthguards, boxing rings, MMA cages, mat covers, padding, gift certificates, custom made items, awards, etc or apparel of any kind.

Please note that any Rival Boxing Gear Inc. item purchased at a retail store or online supplier other than Rival Boxing Gear Inc. must be returned to the retailer where the item was purchased.
